1- I will notify the Vehicles Department if my liscence is suspended or revoked for any reasons
إخطار قسم السيارات في حالة سحب أو إلغاء الرخصة لأي سبب من الأسباب

2- Report any accidents or damage to the vehicle immediately to the Vehicle Department
الإبلاغ عن أي إصابات أو أضرار بالسيارة وقت حدوثها إلى مشرف السيارات

3- Operate vehicles in accordance with the companies Vehicle management policies and proceedures.
شغيل المركبات وفقاً لسياسة الشركة

4- Assume the full responsibility of any fines or penalties resulting from traffic or parking violations
أتحمل المسئولية الكاملة عن أي غرامات أو عقوبات ناجمة عن حركة المرور أو مخالفات وقوف السيارات

5- I will be the only user of the vehicle
أتعهد بإستلام السيارة وعدم تركها لأي شخصاً آخر

I will service the vehicle in accordance with the attached schedule and will bear all penalties caused as per attached schedule
أتعهد بان أقوم بعمل الصيانة في مواعيدها وعدم تأخيرها وأتحمل الجزاءات التي ستصدر في حالة التأخير طبقاً لجدول الجزاءات المرفق.

7- I will maintain the vehicle in the same condition like when I received it .I will bear the cost for any damage caused to the vehicle such as misuse , accidents, bumps, scratches and so on in accordance with the attached penalties schedule
أتعهد بالحفاظ على السيارة في نفس الحالة التي إستلمتها عليها وأكون متكفل بدفع الجزاءات عن أي ضرر يحدث لها مثل (سوء الإستعمال لحوادث) وفقاً لجدول الجزاءات المرفق.

8- I wil return the car to the vehicle Department when I go on leave, if I fail to do so I will bear all costs incurred during this period.
أقر بتسليم السيارة في فترة أجازتي السنوية وفي حالة عدم تسليمها أتحمل كافة التكاليف الناتجة عن عدم تلسيمي السيارة في فترة أجازتي

9- I will use the vehicle untill the requested contract end date . In case if I return the vehicle before the requested date , the cost shall be charged to the project.
اتعهد باستخدام السياره حتى نهاية العقد , فى حالة اعادة السياره قبل الموعد المحدد , سيتم تحميل التكلفه على المشروع
