7- Found smoking in smoking restricted areas.
8- Disobeyed his supervisor’s instructions.
9- Misbehaved/insulted/Attacked a colleague.
10- Neglected/refused to work causing work delay.
11- Used company vehicle/equipment without permission.
12- Mishandled company vehicles/equipment causing loss to the
Company.
13- Wasted company materials/products.
14- Misappropriated company revolving funds/Petty cash.
15- Misbehaved with clients personnel.
16- Violated safety rules and regulations.
