2. Education and experience needed to fulfill job requirements

3. Essential job functions

4. Reporting relationships (job and organization)

5. Work environment including work hours, workrules, location, travel demands, etc

6. Promotional opportunities

7. Applicant's information (resume, application review)

8. Company and departmental goals and objectives

9. Next steps including employment tests after interview and related timeframes

10. Format of interview including questions planned

11. Facility for the interview is adequate and available
