The direct investment activities mainly focuses on sectors of real estate and private equity. Since 2004 the company acquired several properties and companies in Kuwait, UK and Germany, either full ownership or club deal alongside other investors. Also, the company has significant diversified portfolio in liquid investments that include equities in Kuwait stock market and funds with leader financial institutions.

Throughout the years of experience in investment activities outside our home land Kuwait, the company has been very dynamic and proactive in the European real estate and private equity markets, working alongside several reputable Asset Management companies which enables us to explore new horizons for our investment activities.
