Functional training

Functional training is a term used to describe exercises that will help you to perform activities in daily life. These exercises typically use the whole body —multiple muscles — and emphasize core strength and stability. By mirroring the movements of your daily life, like squatting, reaching, or even carrying a heavy object, building functional strength can help increase your quality of life and reduce your risk of injury.

Mobility

Mobility training helps you develop a full range of motion in your arms and legs. Exercises that enhance mobility also improve your joint and muscle health. Well-developed mobility gives you an advantage in obstacle course racing and other sports as well as in day-to-day activities.
