MENA Capital Holding is a private shareholding company incorporated in Kuwait in December 2006, an opportunity offered to strategic investors to participate in selective and promising investments primarily in the Middle East & North Africa region and Turkey. The Company was established under a strategic alliance with world renowned Colony Capital to offer its investors the opportunity to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns by participating in select real estate and real estate-related debt investments, non-performing loans, distressed assets, real estate-dependent operating companies and select commercial and residential development opportunities in special situations.
Our goal is to identify unique deal sourcing opportunities with a broad and diverse strategy for attaining acceptable performance levels by investing primarily in the MENA region and Turkey. Meanwhile, we retain a specific allocation of funds for opportunistic investments outside the MENA region and contemplate investments in non-real estate related businesses.
